After three years in real estate development, he joined Ruby Group in 2018. In 2022, he became part of the executive team, responsible for Corporate Development and Systems, and successfully launched the Ruby Workspaces business unit. Fabian co-led the negotiations building a strategic partnership with IHG.
Since April 2025, he has been driving the group’s profitable growth and innovation strategy. Fabian holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Bocconi University and a dual MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona and Guanghua School of Management in Beijing.
